We want you to be completely satisfied with your Triple M Footwear purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same guidelines as our return policy.

Exchange Shipping Costs:

  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Triple M Footwear will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item to the customer.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  • Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at triplemfootwears@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Packaging: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  • Shipping: Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team.
  • Processing: Once we receive your return or exchange, we will process it within 7 business days.

Refunds

If you choose to return an item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
